A portion of users are unable to connect to their database due to complications from this weekend’s server upgrade. We expect to have the issue resolved shortly.

The Advisors Assistant Web Hosted Service will be down for maintenance at 3 am Pacific May 19th. The interruption will last up to 90 minutes while we perform a routine upgrade to the encryption in transit standards used in our database hosting service. No special action will be required of users when the upgrade is complete.
