This issue has been resolved and all access has been restored. This was caused during enhancements in security over the weekend and was resolved with certificate adjustment.
Update
Approximately 10% of users are experiencing connection issues. We have identified the cause and expect resolution within the hour. No user-specific steps will be needed and users will be able to log in as usual once this is resolved.
