#42 Adding a Calendar Event to Multiple Contacts
Did you know that you can add more than one contact to a Calendar Event in your Advisors Assistant database? By selecting multiple contact names from your database, you will link the calendar event to each of those names AND be able to view the event from the View Client with Events Screen on each record.
To add a calendar event to multiple names, click on the Plus Button next to the “With” box on the Add/Modify Event Screen.
You can then select one name at a time and click OK after each name OR you can hold down your Control Button on your keyboard to select each name the event should be connected to and then click OK once all of the names have been selected.
