Archive Emails and Attachments

Did you know that Advisors Assistant’s Outlook Email Archiver also archives email attachments?

Once you set up the attachment location through System Preferences, the attachments will automatically be saved with the copy of the email in the Archived Emails Note.


A link to the attachment is also set up under View Client With Files so you’ll see the email attachments with other files you’ve linked to the contact name, such as scanned documents.


If your email archiver is not yet set up, tech support can help you get it started. But you should check with your database administrator to make sure your company allows the archiving of emails before getting set up.
