#39 Associating Internal Message to Contact Name
Did you know that with the Advisors Assistant Internal Messenger you can associate a message to a contact name in your database? When sending a new message, the “Related Name” field is where you can enter the associated contact name that the message is referring to.
If there is a contact name filled in, the message you send will appear under that contact’s View Client with Notes Screen in the Messages Perspective.
This way, you can keep track of any discussion regarding the contact without having to copy the information into the notes that was discussed in an internal message.
