Copy to Clipboard Function

Did you know that you can copy any address, email address, phone number or web address in Advisors Assistant to your Windows Clipboard to paste into another program? Just look in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen you are viewing and if there is a Copy to Clipboard icon, you can copy the information that you see on the screen. For example, you can copy and paste an email from the Email Address Lookup Screen shown below.

To copy and paste an email from Advisors Assistant into another program, such as Gmail, just click on the Email Address Lookup Screen. Highlight the email you wish to copy and click the Copy to Clipboard icon located at the bottom right of the screen. The email address is then copied and ready to be pasted into the other program.

The Copy to Clipboard button shows on most lookup screens as well as the Modify address, phone number, email and web address screens.
