#37 Copying Addresses to Other Names

Did you know that you can easily copy any email address, website address, phone number, or physical address in Advisors Assistant into another Advisors Assistant contact record? The Copy To Button on the lookup screen lets you copy the highlighted information to another Advisors Assistant contact record just like in the Email Address Lookup Screen shown below.

For example, to copy and paste an email from one contact record in Advisors Assistant to another, just open the Email Address Lookup Screen. Highlight the email you wish to copy and click the Copy To Button located at the bottom of the screen. The Name Lookup Screen will open, choose the name you wish to paste the information to, and modify the screen accordingly. The same process can be used for phone numbers, website addresses and physical addresses.
