#28 Find People with No Future Events

Did you know that you can quickly get a report of all of the names in your database that have no future events scheduled in your calendar? This way you can tell right away who you should be contacting so they don’t slip through the cracks.

To get to the report, just go to the Report Menu at the top of your Advisors Assistant Screen and click on the Names with No Future Events option.

You can narrow your search by a specific Name Type or Status.

You can then click Search to get a complete list of the names in your database that have no future events in your Advisors Assistant calendar. Then you can create a Subset of the names, run a report or even send a mass email or letter to those people to schedule a meeting.
