#38 QR Code

Did you know that you can right click on the Dial Button (  ) from any View Screen in Advisors Assistant for that client’s QR Code? Most smart phones have a free app that can read a QR Code and use the information stored within the code to import the contact information onto your phone. You’ll need a QR Code reader in order to use this feature.

The Advisors Assistant QR Code contains the following information:

• The Contact Name
• The Addressee showing on the View Screen
• The Street Address showing on the View Screen
• The Country
• The Phone Number showing on the View Screen
• The Email Address showing on the View Screen

Once the information is on your phone, you can then add that person as a contact or send it in an email.
