Saving Favorite Reports
Did you know that you can save the reports that you use the most under your “Favorites” list for future use? This way you won’t have to scroll through the hundreds of Advisors Assistant reports to find the one you’re looking for. You can put the most commonly used reports in your “Favorites” list for quick and easy printing.
To save a report as a Favorite, run a Selection Report and highlight your desired report from the list. Click on the Blue Arrow in the middle of the reports screen that points to the Favorites List. That report will now be saved in your Favorites. Each user has their own list of “Favorite Reports.”
You can also remove a report from your Favorites list by highlighting the report in the Favorites Section, which changes the arrow in the middle of the screen to point upwards. Click on the Arrow Button and the report will be removed from your Favorites List.
