Intermittent Service Outage
Connection issues have been resolved. We have moved to alternate networking configuration to restore connectivity for all users.
The issue appears to be related to a widespread internet outage preventing certain ISPs from connecting to several cloud services, including the Rackspace and Amazon services utilized by Advisors Assistant. We are working to resolve the issue for affected users.
We have received reports that some users can not connect to their web hosted databases. We are investigating the issue.
