This document exists to provide a publicly distributed summary of key elements of our efforts to maintain cybersecurity and continue safe business operations. It is intended to provide partners and clients with general information about our security protocols as well as specify where further information may be available.
The most recent release of the Advisors Assistant Workstation is now in the hands of every Web Hosted user and in the process of being introduced to our Computer Based users. The most obvious change is simply visual, as we subtly updated quite a bit of the user interface to improve its appearance on modern displays and improve overall readability. However, we also introduced quite a few fixes and new features. As always, we publish a changelog for public releases, however it’s worth focusing a QuikTip on some of the more important features.
Core Advisors Assistant services remained secure and uninterrupted this week. No reports were flagged by our uptime monitors, no intrusion was detected, and no users reported downtime for core services. There was a partial outage for the Single Sign On portion of our Albridge integration this week.
